Kinross sheep farms boast the world's largest purebred Hampshire Hill Sheep flock. Originating in Hampshire, England, this breed has been highly regarded in Australia since the 1860s and remains a prized livestock breed. No growth hormones or antibiotics are used in the breeding process, and a DNA traceability system ensures the purity and transparency of the lamb's origin.
The lamb is tender, with melt-in-your-mouth fat, light as a marshmallow. It doesn't have an overpowering lamb flavor, but rather a fresh and rich aroma of fat. The finish has subtle hints of natural herbs and nuts, warm and complex.
