Fujiaya Gyu is a proprietary brand of Wagyu beef from Fujichiku, a renowned meat processing company in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan. The farm is located at the foot of Mount Aso, in a tranquil environment. The cattle drink mineral-rich Aso natural water and are carefully raised using a unique feed formula over a long period.
Due to strict quantity control, the quality is consistently high, resulting in very little export. It is extremely difficult to find in Hong Kong, making it a relatively rare and premium Wagyu beef.
Grade: A5 (Highest Grade)
Features:

Ribeye (リブロース)
• One of the most popular cuts, with the richest marbling.
• Beautifully distributed marbling, excellent for grilling or roasting.
• Texture: Extremely tender, juicy, and rich in buttery flavor.
• Suitable for: Western-style steakhouses, Japanese yakiniku (grilled meat), shabu-shabu.
This product is uniformly cut into 250g/piece x 4 pieces. Each piece is individually vacuum-packed and flash-frozen for convenience and hygiene.
