Sourced from the Coorong region of South Australia (renowned for its natural beauty and unspoiled coastline), the beef undergoes final fattening at Midfield's own Wanderribby Feedlot.

- 100-day grain-fed diet with customized grain feed ensures even fat distribution between muscle fibers. Visible to the naked eye are fine, white marbling; during cooking, the fat melts, resulting in juiciness and a rich beef aroma.

- Grain-fed beef has more and more evenly distributed marbling than grass-fed beef, resulting in a more elastic texture, rich flavor, and juiciness; a bright red color, white fat, and a shiny, elastic cut surface.
