French Oyster - Manche N1 (12 pcs)

Original Price: $552 | 15% OFF: $469.20

"Manche" refers to the Manche department located in the Normandy region of northwestern France, along the English Channel (La Manche in French). As a fine representative of French saltwater oysters, Manche oysters grow in sea waters with the largest tidal range in Europe. Thriving amid strong waves and rich nutrients, they feature the following taste characteristics:

  • Rich Salinity & Intense Marine Flavor: Influenced by the strong tides of the English Channel, they offer a distinct ocean salinity, delivering a burst of bold sea water flavor at the very first bite.

  • Plump & Extra Elastic Flesh: The extreme tidal fluctuations force the oysters to constantly shut tight against strong currents, resulting in firm adductor muscles and tight, meaty flesh that is remarkably crisp and crunchy.

  • Sweet Aftertaste with Nutty Notes: Starting with a savory marine punch, chewiness unlocks the natural umami sweetness of the meat, leaving a subtle, lasting hint of hazelnut or floral finish on the palate.

French Oyster - Krystale N1 (12 pcs)

Original Price: $360 | 15% OFF: $306.00

Harvested mainly along Normandy and Brittany, Krystale is one of France’s most iconic artisanal boutique oysters.

  • Appearance & Flesh: Features a rounder, deeper shell packed with exceptionally plump, thick flesh that exhibits a translucent, crystal-white texture.

  • Flavor & Texture: Exceptionally crisp with dynamic elasticity. It opens with a clean, refreshing splash of ocean sweetness, followed by rich notes of honeyed sweetness and hazelnuts. The balance between salinity and sweetness is finely tuned with virtually no fishiness.

  • Accolades: Multiple gold medal winner at the Concours Général Agricole (French General Agricultural Competition), making it a top choice for oyster lovers who prefer a crisp, sweet, and moderately salted profile.

French Oyster - Utah Beach  N2 (12 pcs)

Original Price: $300| 15% OFF: $255.00

Also hailing from Normandy, this premium oyster is named after the famous WWII Normandy landing site, "Utah Beach."

  • Farming Environment: Cultivated at the confluence of strong ocean tides and rich freshwater estuaries, where abundant phytoplankton and massive tidal swings produce an exceptional oyster.

  • Appearance & Flesh: Encased in a heavy, solid shell, the meat inside is remarkably thick, lush, and exceptionally plump.

  • Flavor & Texture: Striking a perfect harmony between crispness and creamy richness. It starts with a clean, savory sea breeze, then unfolds into deep flavors of toasted hazelnut and rich butter sweetness, concluding with a persistent, luscious sweet finish.

  • Accolades: Celebrated by connoisseurs as the "Rolls-Royce of Oysters" or one of France's ultimate delicacies, highly revered by fine-dining establishments and oyster aficionados alike.
