A traditional Japanese delicacy, this dish uses fresh eggs steamed in bonito broth as a base, resulting in a delicate and smooth texture. It's further enhanced with shiitake mushrooms, bamboo shoots, matsutake mushrooms, crab meat, and edamame, creating a rich and flavorful experience with a tender, smooth mouthfeel.

 

Serving Instructions:

Water Bath Heating: Without removing the plastic film from the lid, place the entire cup directly into boiling water and simmer over low heat for approximately 8 minutes (water bath heating). Remove and remove the lid before serving.

Microwave Heating: Remove the plastic film first and microwave for approximately 1.5 minutes.

 

Frozen Product - Store between 0°C and 4°C.
