The cattle in Angus Reserve are primarily fed a balanced mixture of natural grains such as corn, barley, and wheat, resulting in a nutrient-rich, flavorful, marbled, and tender meat.

Short rib are taken from the rib bone area of the cattle's front chest, and can be served with or without bones. The meat from this cut is firm with a high content of tendons and fat, making it ideal for grilling.
