Hadong Pine needle Hanwoo Beef The Korean beef produced and raised in Hadong County, Gyeongsangnam-do, South Korea has a history of thousands of years, and its quality is among the best.The environment of Hadong County is natural and the water source is pure. Hadong Songye Korean beef has rich marble patterns and is characterized by a sweet aroma of oil, a loose texture, and tender and juicy texture, but is slightly less greasy. Currently, there are only 3,000 Korean cattle in Hadong County fed Songye enzyme feed, and the annual production is only about 1,300 cattle. They are definitely rare. Korean beef grading system:Korean beef will use the fat distribution, meat color and fat color of the cut surface of the 13th rib (sirloin part) of the beef as indicators to judge its quality, with 1++ being the highest level.

The beef ribeye steak comes from the rib section, near the spine and chest muscles.
