Consumption method:
Whole baked: After thawing, remove the packaging, wrap it in aluminum foil, and bake in a preheated 180℃ oven for approximately 1.5 hours. Then, uncover the foil and continue baking for an additional 5-10 minutes until the surface becomes golden brown.
Air fryer preparation: Cut the pork bones along the bone into smaller pieces and place them in a preheated air fryer at 180℃. Air fry for 15 minutes on each side.
Store at -18°c.
