Return and Exchange Policy
1. According to our return or exchange policy, if the quantity of the goods you ordered does not match the order, please report it to us within two hours of receiving the goods and take photos for record.
2. If you find any problem with the quality of the goods, please call or Whatsapp our customer service department on the day of receipt, and Whatsapp the photos of the goods to our company. Late calls will not be accepted. You also need to keep the defective goods and wait for our company to arrange for the collection of the goods (including the original packaging). Our customer service department will contact you during business hours and discuss the most appropriate refund or exchange method.
3. Once you agree and accept, the Company will refund the amount to your registered bank account via bank transfer or other means within 7 working days. At the same time, you agree that the Company is not required to compensate you for any inconvenience and dissatisfaction caused.
4. If your order is cancelled or refunded for any reason, the promotional code, discount code, membership points or coupons used in the order will be invalidated; the Company will not make any compensation to you.
5. The Company does not accept any refund request for plastic bag charges, thermal bag charges, and shipping charges.
6. In case of any disputes, Oriole Food International Limited reserves the right of final decision.
