1. Terms of Service

   1. These Terms and Conditions apply to your browsing or use of this website, or to transactions when you order goods from Oriole Food International Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") through this website. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before browsing or using this website.

   2. The sales and services on our website are only available to persons accessing the website from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If you choose to enjoy services or make purchases from other countries under the contract, it will be deemed that you have made your own choice, bear the consequences yourself and promise to abide by all laws applicable to Hong Kong.

   3. To become a member of Oriole Food International Ltd, you must be 18 years of age or above and provide correct personal information. When you successfully register for the account, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and have the capacity to enter into a legally binding contract.

   4. If the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that the information you provided is untrue or inaccurate, the Company has the right to suspend or terminate your account registration.

   5. You will set your own login name and password and must keep them safe. No data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure and you read it at your own risk. You will be fully responsible for any losses caused by improper password storage.

   6. Any requests for services related to the Company's membership must be made in person by the membership holder. The Company will not accept or process any applications made by non-membership holders.

   7. Our members’ birthday discount is only valid once during the month of their registered birthday. If a member fails to redeem the birthday offer during his/her birthday month, the Company will not make any compensation.

   8. Your use of this website or any part thereof shall constitute your having clearly read these Terms and Conditions and accepting and agreeing to be bound by them. The Company may change the original Terms and Conditions from time to time without giving any prior notice to the Customer.

   9. The revised terms and conditions will take effect immediately from the date of publication. If you choose to use our website, it means that you have agreed and accepted the changes to the relevant terms and conditions.

   10. The Company reserves the right to cancel or not accept your order, including the following circumstances:

   10.1 There is insufficient stock of the ordered goods;

   10.2 Failure to arrange delivery service to the delivery location specified by you;

   10.3 The price of the ordered goods (whether one or more) is incorrect due to human or computer input errors;

   10.4 The personal data provided is found to be untrue, inaccurate, unupdated or incomplete;

   10.5 Found that you use proxy IP (Internet Protocol address) to register multiple accounts;

   10.6 Make any threatening or offensive actions or remarks against the Company or its staff.

   11. Member points are valid for 365 days (starting from the registration date). All promotional codes, discount codes, membership points and coupons are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any remaining unused amount will be forfeited and will be subject to the records in the company's computer system. If your order is cancelled or refunded for any reason, the promotional code, discount code, membership points or coupons used in the order will be invalidated and the Company will not make any compensation to you.

   12. If you breach any of the terms and conditions, the Company reserves the right to suspend your account indefinitely or permanently without prior notice to you.

   13. In case of any disputes, the Company reserves the right to make the final decision.
