Delivery Information

1. You only need to spend $500 or more on the website to enjoy free delivery service once (calculated on each order). Delivery service is only available in certain areas of Hong Kong.

2. The cut-off time for orders is 12:00 noon every day (subject to the verification of the order by both parties). If there is no processed product on the order, delivery can be arranged as early as the next day (except public holidays). The delivery date is subject to final confirmation via whatsapp/phone.

3. There is no option to select the delivery time. The delivery time is approximately from 9 am to 8 pm (09:00-20:00). Generally, delivery will be made through a third-party logistics platform. The company cannot control the actual arrival time, which depends on the order situation of the courier company on that day.

4. Please pay attention to phone notifications or calls on the day of delivery and make sure the phone reception is good. The logistics company will contact the customer directly to arrange the delivery time. If customers miss the call and are unable to contact the customer, the delivery time may be delayed or the delivery date may need to be rescheduled, and additional charges may be charged.

5. Provide door-to-door delivery service. If the delivery address is a village house, hotel, elevator that cannot be reached directly or a special address, it will be arranged to be collected at the basement/lobby of the building or at a designated location nearby. We apologize for the inconvenience.

6. Some and remote areas will be subject to additional shipping charges. For details, Please contact our customer service.

7. If the customer requests that the goods be placed at the management office or door and are not properly frozen or refrigerated, the company is not sure of the food risks. If the goods deteriorate, melt, or are stolen, the company does not assume any legal responsibility and will not make any replacement, exchange or compensation for the goods.7. Product information, prices and images are for reference only. All subject to the actual object. The products and prices on this website are subject to change at any time. The products and prices confirmed at the time of ordering will prevail.

8. Please be careful when selecting and filling out your order. Once the order is confirmed, if any changes are required, we may charge an administrative fee of no less than $100 or 10% of the total order amount, whichever is higher.

9. Delivery service may be delayed due to bad weather, traffic and/or other uncontrollable circumstances. Delivery service will be suspended when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Red or Black Storm Alert is in effect. If the Hong Kong Observatory lifts the No. 8 Storm Signal before 12:00, orders originally scheduled for that day will be arranged as usual. If Storm Signal No. 8 is lifted after 12:00, the delivery date will be delayed by one day. We will contact you and inform you of the relevant arrangement.

10. The Company reserves the right to interpret and amend these Terms. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms, the Chinese version shall prevail.

11. In case of any disputes, Oriole Food International Limited reserves the right of final decision.
